Our Classes
Beginner Yoga
This class is for those who are either brand new to yoga or would consider themselves a beginner. This focuses on a gentle warm up of the body, followed by a series of asanas which are held for a longer period of time, rather than flowing from one to the other using the breath.

Vinyasa Flow - Coming Soon
This is a yoga class for all levels, from beginners to those who are more advanced. We move through this class with a bit more pace than a Hatha style yoga class, coordinating breath with movement. As we move through each pose, there are options offered throughout so you can feel which feels right for your body and mind in the moment.
Restorative Yoga - Coming Soon
​Give yourself 45 minutes to wind down after your day. This class is a passive and meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath and release any physical tension from your body and helps to combat the mental effects of any stress in your day.
